Centre for Transformational Leadership
The Centre for Transformational Leadership (CTL) provides students with a dynamic platform to develop leadership skills, instill core values, and prepare for professional challenges. Through a diverse range of initiatives such as workshops, seminars, Ideathons, and Design Thinking Challenges, CTL fosters a holistic learning experience, shaping students into future leaders.
Inauguration of the Centre for Transformational Leadership
The Centre for Transformational Leadership was officially inaugurated on February 11, 2022, marking the beginning of an initiative dedicated to empowering students with leadership excellence. The inaugural address was delivered by our esteemed Director, Dr. Annie Jacob, setting the vision for this transformative journey. The event also featured an insightful Leadership Workshop conducted by Mr. Sengu Paal, a distinguished Thinker, Opinion Shaper, Leadership Coach, and NLP Practitioner and Director of Ezone Learning.
A Transformational Journey: Nurturing Leadership Skills
The CTL training program is carefully structured to support students’ holistic development over four years:
- First Year: Focuses on foundational leadership and communication skills, culminating in the Ideathon Challenge, where students present innovative ideas.
- Second Year: Enhances creative problem-solving abilities through the Design Thinking Challenge, where students apply design thinking principles to develop working prototypes.
- Third Year: Prepares students for professional success by providing training in dressing and dining etiquette, profile building, and essential life skills for employability.
- Fourth Year: Transforms students into leaders as they mentor juniors, create a positive impact on their peers, and gear up for real-world challenges.
Through this structured journey, the Centre for Transformational Leadership equips students with the skills, mindset, and confidence to become change-makers in their respective fields.
