23rd GRADUATION DAY – 2025
I am glad to inform you that the Graduation Day for the students of B.E / B.Tech programmes of 2019-2023 & 2020-2024, M.E programmes of 2021-2023 & 2022-2024 is scheduled to be held on 30th March 2025 (Sunday), in our college campus. (Time will be informed later).
You are requested to be present on the occasion and receive the degree in person. If you have already received the Degree certificate, you may please return it and attend the function and receive the certificate ceremoniously.
All the eligible candidates are requested to duly fill in the registration forms available at our college website on or before March 15, 2025 to enable us to make necessary arrangements. Should you require any clarifications, please feel free to contact us over telephone (KCG Tech – 9003871717/044-28389001). Instructions:
- Online registration is must (on or before March 15, 2025). No spot registration is permitted.
- Only 2 accompanying Persons are allowed. However entry to the hall is based on First Come First Serve basis with respect to the availability of seats.
- Avoid bringing kids.
- Graduands should be seated in the A P J Abdul Kalam Auditorium 45 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
- Dress code – Formal.
- Graduands are requested to observe strict silence during the proceedings of the function.
- Usage of Mobile phone / Camera are strictly not permitted inside the auditorium.
- Graduands / Parents are not allowed to take photographs. Arrangements are made for photographs on payment.
- Graduands will remain standing when the academic procession enters and when the procession leaves the auditorium.
