The Mathematics Division faculty engages in research across a broad range of fields and regularly publishes their work in esteemed journals. The department has also hosted a two-day National Conference on Fuzzy Sets and its Applications. Among the faculty, five hold doctoral degrees, and the department boasts prominent research supervisors affiliated with Anna University and Hindustan University.

The Chemistry Division is actively involved in interdisciplinary research and education, with a focus on key areas such as the environment, health, sensors, and disease. Faculty members work on diverse projects, including:• Synthesizing nanomaterials with controlled compositions, sizes, shapes, and properties• Investigating the relationships between size, shape, structure, and property• Fabricating electronic, photonic, and sensing devices• Exploring new applications in catalysis, photonics, information storage, energy harvesting, environmental science, imaging, and biomedicine
Our strong commitment to research is evidenced by publications in top most international journals leading to a total of 74 publications with + 765 citations.
The division balances rigorous chemistry research with activities like guest lectures, science day celebrations, and seminars. It has also organized two National Conferences to share critical research addressing global issues. Faculty members regularly publish in peer-reviewed journals, and those with Ph.Ds. are recognized research supervisors at Anna University.
