On 9 July 2016, the Electrical and Electronics Engineering department of KCG College of Technology had organised a workshop on “You Have the Power to Conserve –Energy Efficiency ”which mainly focused on Energy Management Systems, Energy Efficiency and Efficiency Monitoring Systems.Around 90 students (mostly final year students and attended the workshop..

FDP ON “ ENGINEERING GRAPHICS”

A three day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Engineering Graphics was conducted by the Mechanical Engineering department of KCG College of Technology from 21st July to 23rd July 2016. Twenty faculties participated in this FDP. Six faculties from other colleges and fourteen internal faculties attended the FDP. The participants gained knowledge on efficient delivery techniques of Engineering Graphics subject to the student community.

Two Days National level Workshop on “INTERNET ON THINGS”

The Two – Day National level workshop cum championship on “Internet on Things” was

held in KCG College of technology, Chennai on August 19 – 20, 2016 in EEE Research lab.

There were 56 student participants from the department which included students from II year, III year and IV year. The sessions were handled by Mr. Ajeet Yadav, Research and Development

Engineer, ARK Teknosolutions, Mumbai.
